Tony's Language Development

Will Tony be able to speak both Chinese and English?  I love to see it, but who can say?

I do have a story to pass on from Jenny, Tony's mother.  Jenny tells me that on the morning of April 1, Tony used the Chinese word for shoes on her, and then used "Shoes" on me -- proof she says that Tony is learning to speak a special language for each of his parents.

I think perhaps Tony was just madly trying to communicate and was grasping for words, or ways to get his message through.

This article, from the National Post is a chiding for me: Christine Rosen examines mommies and daddies who put hipster posturing ahead of responsible parenthood.
