Tony's mother was hanging her laundry out the window of their third floor apartment and accidentally dropped Tony's quilt onto the laundry that was hanging from the apartment below.
She couldn't retrieve the quilt and when she went to the second floor apartment, there was no one was home.
Tony however kept trying to get the attention of the people in the second floor, knocking on their door and yelling at them from the third floor. After a while, he went to his mother and said there was "no signal."
